Nov 5, 2018 blackmail scam Used my email address. Same old scam. Getting a bit ridiculous - getting several every day or so. I am strongly belive that you would not like to show these pictures to your relatives, friends or colleagues. I think $913 is a very small amount for my silence. Besides, I spent a lot of time on you!
Nov 5, 2018 ransomware Farewell I have bad news for you. 07/08/2018 - on this day I hacked your operating system and got full access to your account xxxxxxxxxxxxxx On that day your account (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) password was: xxxxxx It is useless to change the password, my malware intercepts it every time. How it was: In the software of the router to which you were connected that day, there was a vulnerability. I first hacked this router and placed my malicious code on it. When you entered in the Internet, my trojan was installed on the operating system of your device. I think $976 is a very small amount for my silence. Besides, I spent a lot of time on you!
Nov 5, 2018 blackmail scam via 188.137.137.198, email sent from myself Same as always.
Nov 5, 2018 blackmail scam unknown assface, random IPs Same BS as usual, just a different bitcoin account now. 15 similar messages today. The one with this bitcoin claims in each message that a different word is my email password, asks for random different amount each time. Sames shit now since September 28 with these kinds of messages. Getting more frequent now - had been about 3-5 a day; have received 15 in the past day.
Nov 5, 2018 blackmail scam Hacker I am strongly belive that you would not like to show these pictures to your relatives, friends or colleagues. I think $986 is a very small amount for my silence. Besides, I spent a lot of time on you! I accept money only in Bitcoins. My BTC wallet: 12ziVv4aQkZTA1gj86Y9uYQByG4CcdVcTA
Nov 5, 2018 ransomware 93.138.62.198; helo=93-138-62-198.adsl.net.t-com.hr I think $961 is a very small amount for my silence. Besides, I spent a lot of time on you! I accept money only in Bitcoins. My BTC wallet: 12ziVv4aQkZTA1gj86Y9uYQByG4CcdVcTA - Do not try to find and destroy my virus! (All your data is already uploaded to a remote server) - Do not try to contact me (this is not feasible, I sent you an email from your account) - Various security services will not help you; formatting a disk or destroying a device will not help either, since your data is already on a remote server. This is a hacker code of honor.
Nov 5, 2018 blackmail scam Unknown hacker This continues to happen from various BitCoin accounts. They have hacked my email. They have my password to some website I visited. They installed malware and screen shots from adult content websites I supposedly visited that they will send to my contacts. They typically do ransomware but graciously decided to just have me pay varying amounts from $603 to the latest $982. I have 48 hours or else. I began getting these about two months ago.
Nov 5, 2018 blackmail scam spoofed own adress Received: I have bad news for you. xx/xx/2018 - on this day I hacked your operating system and got full access to your account xxx etc.
Nov 5, 2018 blackmail scam Some jackass who can't even write his own BS 'Change your password immediately, your account has been hacked' in the subject line. 'It is useless to change the password, my malware intercepts it every time.' in the text. At least Captain Blackmail here claims he got my password from a hacked vulnerable router rather than a porn site, but after that all trace of originality goes out the window and we're back to 'you are a big pervert, give me money or I send your data to your family'. This one wants $995. Man, the prices are just going up.
Nov 5, 2018 ransomware email sent from my email address Email starts with: I greet you! I have bad news for you. 07/08/2018 - on this day I hacked your operating system and got full access to your account Asks for $935
