I received the email from Jeanson Ancheta as king me to deposit $690 and they claim to have, apparently, hacked my email as it appears to have been sent from my own email address. Scam? Above is the bitcoin address to deposit money.

This is the 2nd such email, although with a slightly different name, received in the last couple of days. Asking for $690 and they claim to have, apparently, hacked my email as it appears to have been sent from my own email address. Scam!

Got a message saying all my private info had been hacked & to send $640 to the above bitcoin address in 48 hours or else

“I am sure you dont want all your contacts to get these files, right? If you are of the same opinion, then I think that $650 is quite a fair price to destroy the dirt I created._x000D_ _x000D_ Just send the above amount on my BTC wallet (bitcoin): 16KozpCZz2TnEC7FGxHnPy88E93KmzKAYT_x000D_ When I receive the coins, I absolutely guarantee that the collected data will be deleted, I do not need it.”

Scam email asking for $650 bitcoin otherwise details of sites visited would be released.

The sender claims to be Jeanson Ancheta from the darknet. He claims that he hacked my computer 8 months ago and has been monitoring it ever since. He also claims that in addition to my files and history, he has screenshots of me browsing scandalous sites along with photos/videos of myself through my camera. Unless I pay $650 through Bitcoin within 48 hours, he threatens to send these files to all of my contacts.

Same as others. Asking for 650$ after claiming to have hacked my email account.

I received an email from Jeanson Ancheta from darknet who claimed to have hacked my email address and had access to all the info stored in my computer. They threatened to release intimate information to all my contacts if $650.00 was not received at this bitcoin address within 48 hours.

Same as the email blackmail scam found elsewhere on this site, was just sent a different bitcoin address
