Does Bitcoin know about people using BTC as a blackmail platform and yet try to sell Malwarebytes instead of stopping/catching the blackmailer? So BTC is helping the blackmail criminals and selling the solution so as to get double paid?

But I think the social medias are not allow such video being posted. Furthermore, how does he guarantee my family and friends will see those videos? If I'm famous, then everybody will notice me.
