| Jun 29, 2022 | sextortion | Email threatening they have installed a Trojan months ago and if I do not send 400 dollars into this bitcoin wallet, they would distribute videos of me, taken with my webcam, watching porn. It is highly unlikely they would have any videos of anything because my camera is covered, that's why I believe they send this to many people and should someone send them money to this wallet, they shouldnt get to it. They did have my email password though, no other links were included and the header also did not show anything. I saw active logins from Kenia and Ecuador, which I have never visited, so the emails were sent from or redirected through there. |

It said they've been monitoring me and my socials, payments and camera/microphone and were leveraging me for 400€ or else they would post everything of mine to all my contacts. But since i do not have any such content on my phone, nor do i watch such said adult websites, i believe it is scam. |
