Aug 5, 2022 blackmail scam Got a threatening email saying they hacked my email, got all my docs, and will cause harm to me unless I pay them to this wallet. Saying they have already installed the Cobalt Strike "Beacon" on the Operating Systems of all the devices I use. Said they downloaded all information, data, photos, videos, documents, files, web browsing history to their servers and have have access to all my messengers, social networks, emails, chat history, and contacts list. Said "I also have no issue at all with making them available for public access (leaked and exposed all data).General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): Under the rules of the law, you face a heavy fine or arrest.I guess you don't want that to happen. (The price is not negotiable). You have 5 days in order to make the payment from the moment you opened this email. This is an APT Hacking Group. Don't be mad at me, everyone has their own work.I will monitor your every move until I get paid. If you keep your end of the agreement, you won't hear from me ever again."
Aug 5, 2022 sextortion Huge template email of the "greetings unfortunately for you scan" For some reason, it looks like they added as the subject line and named themselves support, but it went to spam. They wanted 1.8 Bitcoin "or else" they'd release evidence of all the porn i supposedly watch from the adult sites i supposedly visit. They also said that i would be arrested due to the GDPR, which isn't even what that does and I'm not even under that law, i believe.
